Refund policy
We aim to provide the best experience with every order. However, due to the nature of personal care products, we do not offer refunds once goods are sold.
Returns are only accepted in the following specific cases:
Damaged / Tampered Products (Within 24 Hours)
If you receive a tampered, damaged, or broken product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Images and video of the product
• Your order number
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange an exchange only.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Product Quality Concerns (Within 7 Days)
If you have any concerns regarding product quality, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of receiving your order.
Important Notes
• No refunds once goods are sold.
• Off Days is not responsible for any damage occurring after delivery.
• Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Opened or used products cannot be exchanged, except in cases of verified damage on arrival.
